Correct Answer

1. There are east flowing rivers in Kerala.
2. There
are west flowing rivers in Madhya Pradesh.

*Kerala is famous for its numerous West flowing rivers. Among the rivers that flow to the Arabian Sea, the major ones are the Bharatapuzha, Cha-lakudi, Periyar, and Pamba. There are 49 rivers flowing in the state of Kerala, among them 46 flows to the west and the other 3 flow to the east.

*Madhya Pradesh is famous for its West flowing river Narmada.

Caution :

Here they made vice versa statements.

This is common feature in Prelims. So whenever they gave two different definition, just see the answer in the other statement. But blind guess is dangerous here too.
